This house was designed to incorporate the outdoor surroundings with the modern conveniences of contemporary living.

The house is only 2 km. from Central Plaza and 3 km. from the center of town. The atmosphere is quiet and surrounded by greenery on all sides.

The plot of the houses is 100 m. from the Mae Korn river,  which runs from the Mae Korn waterfall. There are steps leading down to the river. It is navigable by canoe to the Mae Kok river.

The property has a  well, and  water tanks, pumps, and filters are buried underground or out of sight in the shed. Similarly the condenser is concealed. The air-conditioning is inbuilt into the ceilings.

All the walls are double walls with a cavity, the roof has heat insulation, and the ceilings are 3.2 and 3.6m, so the house is nice and cool. The doors and window frames are all hardwood.
