The nice property is only looted couple minutes away from Central Chiang Rai is looking for a new owner. The property is 17 Rai and offers prime lake view/access. Located in a quiet area, it is ideal to build a yoga retreat or a small resort. The owners have several other properties in Thailand and are focusing on developing the property in Kalasin.
